Although I highly encourage everyone to look at Black Friday deals and support your local small businesses (like my Etsy store), it’s also a great day to avoid big box stores and concentrated crowds of people for a little nature therapy and fresh air. Join me for a fresh air walk to a local pond to look for birds and enjoy the outdoors! We’ll start mid-morning so hopefully the sun can warm us up a bit, and we’ll take a leisurely stroll to Mushroom Pond, then along the Niver Canal for a bit. We’ll plan to end around noon so you still have time to get back to the family for lunch.
