Join me for an afternoon of wildlife watching and birding at Rocky Mountain National Park! We will determine a meeting spot, and carpool up to the park. I have room for 3 people. The reservation is set and you will not need a park pass.
At this point in the season, the elk rut should be HOT HOT HOT! Our focus will be on watching the elk rut and looking for other wildlife and birds in the area. We may get out and hike at some spots, but this tour may focus primarily on sitting and observing.
Bring your binoculars, cameras, appropriate mountain apparel and footwear, and lots of snacks/water. We will be in the park until after sunset, so you may want to bring a picnic dinner.
