Tuesday Birders
This lovely group of folks started way back in the late 70s by Patty Eckelmeyer, and it was initially an adult class. In 1982, Ann Bonnell took it over and it has been going strong ever since. Now, the group is lead by Cynthia Madsen and Dave Hill. The group heads out nearly every Tuesday of the year with just a couple exceptions. Each time the group meets, each participant donates a dollar, and when they reach $100, they donate those funds to a charity - usually supporting birds and/or wildlife. I’ve now attended 3 events with them and have enjoyed each time thoroughly. I’ll be adding more Tuesday Birders photos in the future to share here. If you are interested in joining, please reach out! Photos shown here are form October 22 @ Lagerman Reservoir and November 5 @ Rocky Mountain Arsenal.
