Two Ponds National Wildlife Refuge is a 72 acre refuge in Arvada. Part of this refuge is seasonally open May-September (8 am to 4 pm), so let’s check it out before it closes in October! It is a great spot for smaller wildlife and finding birds. We will start in the area that closes at 4 pm, then possibly migrate to the other side of the refuge that will be open until sunset.
