On Sunday, August 25, we took a leisurely drive up to Mt. Blue Sky. It was a near-perfect day with bright blue skies, crisp temperatures, and sunshine galore! We enjoyed looking at a variety of birds, and even got to see the mountain goats and big horn sheep! Highlights of the day included: a stoat hunting pika in a boulder field, mountain goats in every direction at the summit, and incredible views at each stop - Mount Goliath Natural Area, Summit Lake, and the summit of Mt. Blue Sky.
